This site is dedicated to Chief Peechee / Piche / Pisu - "Mountain Lion", also known as Louis Piche, Chief of the Asini Wachi Nehiyawak  of the Rocky Mountain People.

The Asini Wachi Nehiyawak is the Oldest Recorded Tribe in
Western Canada.

The MCB/AWN remains a Tribe with Sovereignty with ownership to its traditional lands, Rights and resources. The Supreme Court of Canada in the DELGAMUUKW Rulings recognizes the Existence of Tribes under the signed treatys.

MCB/AWN is a Tribe,  not subject to local, regional or National rules, regulations and laws.
